Myrtle Avenue, Suite B, Monrovia, CA 91016) in front of the little purple couch!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout the adoption process:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePasadena Humane adheres to an open-adoption process – requirements are that adopters be \u003cstrong\u003eat least 18 years old, have a valid ID, and provide a residential address\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThose wishing to adopt will be able to complete the 10 to 15 minute adoption process with Pasadena Humane at the event, and their team will be here to answer questions and facilitate any adoptions. All kittens attending the event will be ready to go home same-day!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe adoption fee for kittens under six months old is $150. Pasadena Humane has a promotion where adopters can adopt one kitten and have the adoption fee waived for a second kitten (\u003cstrong\u003ekittens always do better in pairs!\u003c\/strong\u003e). Adopters can take advantage of the promotion the same day or return anytime within 30 days to adopt their second kitten with the fee waived.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThrough the Friends of Seniors partnership, adopters age 60 or older receive $75 off their adoption fee. Additionally, through the Pets for Veterans partnership, all former and active-duty military will have the adoption fee fully waived (military ID or veteran designation on driver's license\/ID is required). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCardboard carriers will be provided for the kittens to go home in. However, if anyone is coming to the event with the intention of adopting and already has a carrier, \u003cstrong\u003ebringing it is always preferred! \u003c\/strong\u003ePasadena Humane will remain at Black Cat Fables until around 1pm for those who visit after story time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout this month's story time:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis month Story Time Lady will read \u003cem\u003eAt the Rescue Cat Café\u003c\/em\u003e written by Anna Humphrey and illustrated by Kari Rust. Intended audience age for story time is 3 and up, but all ages are welcome! No RSVP needed, but if you'd like to let us know you're coming we would appreciate it!
