Join us at Black Cat Fables for our monthly coffee and junk journaling social club!
Sip n’ Scrap is an all ages*, once a month junk journaling/scrapbooking social club designed to help you unplug, unwind, and tap into your creative side. Whether you’re a daily journaler, or just getting started, Sip n’ Scrap is for everyone!
Choose your beverage from our in-house café, pull up a chair, and settle in to work on your project. Sip. Scrap. Bring a friend, and make new ones!
*Glue sticks, tape, writing implements and some small journaling elements will be provided. This event is BYO journal. Beverage purchase is required to participate. Kids under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sip n' Scrap meets the second Saturday of each month from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Drop in anytime – RSVP to let us know you're planning to attend!

Pam is a longtime hospitality professional, stationery enthusiast, book lover, and devoted supporter of the communities that form around the things we love.
A supporter of Black Cat Fables since its earliest days, Pam has a special affection for independent bookstores and the welcoming spaces they create. She is also a Book Fairy, leaving books in unexpected places for others to discover and enjoy—a reflection of her belief that some of the simplest things can create moments of connection.
Pam will laughingly admit that she may spend more time collecting stationery and creative supplies than actually using them! Much of the joy comes from sharing those finds with others and seeing what someone else creates with them.
More than anything, Pam believes we need spaces where people can slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and connect with one another. In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelmingly chaotic and disconnected, she sees gatherings like Sip n' Scrap as a small life raft in the sea of humanity—a place to create, laugh, talk, share, and perhaps leave having met someone you wouldn't have otherwise.
For Pam, Sip n' Scrap isn't about being the most creative person at the table or making something perfect.
It's about who you meet while you're making it.
Bring what you love, pull up a chair, and let's play with paper!
