About Life Coach Amy Malak: Amy is a Los Angeles-based career and life coach with over 30 years of experience, helping individuals navigate major life and career transitions with confidence and clarity. She believes that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and that embracing change can lead to a more fulfilling life.
As a passionate reader of both non-fiction and fiction, Amy is excited to dive into this month’s selection, The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. The book’s empowering message about releasing control and embracing personal freedom aligns perfectly with Amy’s coaching philosophy. She looks forward to guiding a thoughtful discussion on how we can apply Robbins' insights to our own lives.
Amy and her husband of over 30 years live in Monrovia, where they raised their two adult daughters. When she’s not coaching or reading, she enjoys spending time with their friendly orange-tabby cat, Gus.
