Join us at Black Cat Fables for a fun and relaxing workshop where you’ll create a floral display with an upcycled book! Our instructor Mikayla will be on hand to teach you how to transform a book into a vessel to display fabric or paper flowers. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced crafter, this workshop is for anyone who wants to create a beautiful art piece to gift or to display on your home bookshelf.
What to Expect:
- Step-by-step instructions to create your book vase.
- All materials provided, including books and fabric flowers.
- A fun, relaxed atmosphere to explore your creativity while connecting with others.

This workshop is for ages 16+. Any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Spaces are limited, so make sure to reserve your spot and get ready to create something beautiful!

- Registration closes 24 hours prior to the workshop date.
- Our workshops are designed to start promptly, respecting the value of your time. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for sign-in.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause late arrivals. However, please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to catch up on their own. Unfortunately, we cannot allow participation for those arriving 30 or more minutes after the class has started.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registration numbers. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, you can use your reservation for another workshop of equal value or pay the difference between workshops.
- Refunds are otherwise not available for our events under any circumstances. However, you can transfer your reservation to another workshop of equal value or pay the difference between workshops.
- Please note that we may take photos during the workshop to use on social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, notify the teacher upon arrival.
